Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance purposes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Our support team will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Order Changes or Cancellations 

Orders begin processing quickly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancelations or changes once an order has been submitted.
